Having lived and raised my family of four here, I’ve come to appreciate not just the stunning landscapes of our rural Alberta home, fields of wheat swaying under the shadow of the Rocky Mountains, but the heartbeat of our local communities. I also understand the importance of the local communities, our concerns, our lifestyle, and what we as stakeholders and owners bought into when we chose to call this place home. We’ve invested in a way of life defined by strong families, a commitment to fiscal responsibility, and the empowerment of our neighbors to shape our future.
My experience as a successful business CEO has taught me the value of sound financial management and efficient resource allocation principles I’ll carry into the council to ensure our tax dollars are used wisely and our taxes remain low. But beyond the numbers, I recognize the unique concerns that define our lifestyle: the need for safe neighborhoods, thriving local amenities, and policies that support the businesses and jobs that sustain us. As stakeholders, we’ve built a community rooted in tradition and resilience, and as owners, we deserve a voice that reflects our shared values.
